Educated Workforce

The expansion and growth of industry in San Patricio County presents many options to the local workforce, and we are ready. With a civilian labor force of over 233,000 people in the Coastal Bend, more than 20 percent of these have bachelor’s degrees or higher. We partner with Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend to help our residents and our companies find access to jobs, training, and other employer services/resources.
